Voyage - "No Visa No Fee" Guarantee

Voyage operates on a "No Visa No Fee" basis for all UK Visas. Therefore if we agree to prepare and submit a permit application in the UK, we commit to refund all of Voyage's fees if the application is not successful.

This commitment is clearly defined in our client care letter provided to all new clients of Voyage. This document outlines our service offering to you and your company.

Please note:

This guarantee does not include Home Office or Work Permits UK  fees. This applies to initial applications only, whilst not applying to leave to remain or entry clearance applications to the Home Office or overseas posts.

Under certain circumstances a retainer fee may be agreed prior to commencing the application.
