law.
There
are many different types of visa and work permits available for
people wanting to come over to the UK to work or who are currently
here on a temporary basis and want to remain for a longer period of
time to work. Eligibility to a visa or work permit often depends on
the individual’s circumstances and there is often a set of criteria
that has to be met for each one.
Many
people wanting to enter the UK or remain in the UK to work are
unaware of what their options are in regards to getting a work
permit. People who enter the UK on working Holiday Maker visas
often end up wanting to remain in the UK at the end of the term of
this visa and want to find out how they can do this.
